The primary right and obligation to educate the young person belongs to her parents. In choosing a Catholic school parents subscribe to its philosophy. Parents are encouraged to exercise their right and obligation by:

• Giving the school their trust and cooperation
• Ensuring that their children respect, obey and co-operate with their teachers (doing homework, attending school regularly and punctually, exercising discipline)
• Supporting the varied activities of school life
• Taking care of their children's material, financial, social, spiritual and emotional needs
• Taking responsibility, in collaboration with others in the school community, for the quality of education and for the character of the school through active participation in the Parents Teachers Association (PTA)
